Malcolms trust in alex

When Malcolm told Alex that he trust him 70 percent it was a good thing because malcolm x doesn’t trust anyone 100 percent. In the beginning he told Alex he trust him 25 percent because they had a bad first start. I think malcolm can’t trust people 100 percent because of what happens to him his friend and leader of NOI who he trusted in was caught having affairs which hurt malcolm.
